History
After the creation of the Defense of Humanity Act in 2161 as well as the events followed by the Great Flood, the Eastern parts of the United States succeeded from the government to form their own confederacy named the Atlantic Alliance. Against the use of genetic engineering, the Alliance instead preferrd the use of cybernetics and as such they came into conflict with the newly formed Republic of Pacifica.
