Bibidi

Bibidi was a powerful wizard, father of Babidi and the creator of Majin Buu, which he completed millions of years ago. Bibidi used the barely controllable Buu to wreak havoc on the universe as well as slaying all but one of the Supreme Kais. The last of the Supreme Kais, the East Supreme Kai, slew Bibidi in a final showdown after the wizard had placed Buu in temporary hibernation.
