Grimoire of Zero is a book that features in Grimoire of Zero.

History

Grimoire of Zero was a magical tome that was written by the witch Zero with it containing the founding principles of magic. She created it when her and her fellow witches were forced to reside in caves due to mankind's fear of them. Zero came to believe that the world would accept the if they offered something that could better it. To achieve that goal, she decided to create a tome that taught magic to people allowing them to achieve simple tasks from hunting for food, fishing, healing and other such simple talents that could improve daily living. Thirteen warned her that such a grimoire could bring about the end of the world but Zero refused to believe his words. Around ten years ago, a mysterious figure was responsible for massacring the witch inhabitants of the caves and absconding with the Grimoire. Thirteen bade for Zero to remain the caves and stated that he would go out into the world to recover the tome. Meanwhile, the book came upon a band of witches who formed a cult called the Sorcerer's of Zero who used it as the foundation of their movement to promote equality of witches among the kingdoms of man. Despite promising to wait, Zero decided to venture out into the world and recover her stolen tome as she came to regret the power that could be used for acts of evil.

Overview

It consisted of names, abilities, spells and the required sacrifices needed to summon many demons.

The tome consisted of four different that included; Hunting, Capturing, Harvesting and Protection.

Such was its power that it could be used to accomplish great good or great evil. Due the possible danger from ill intent, there were purposely placed spelling errors in incantations to minimise the power of the magic.
