The Hell Gods were incredibly powerful demonic entities ruling over entire hell dimensions. Their Power was said to exceed that of any vampire or demon, mean that it is quite possible that the are infact more powerful than The Old Ones and Powers That Be. Glorificus was once one of their number and was one said to be far more powerful than the others.
