Biography
Bill Winkie was a male human who was born in Rhyl, North Wales in the modern age on Guy Fawkes Day. From a young age, he developed a fascination with crafting finely tuned mechanisms that were linked to a detonation device which he could use to enjoy the outcome of his handiworks. In time, he joined a group of local thugs and anarchists where he enjoyed the challenge of building explosives where he came to build such devices indiscriminately to be sold to obscure terrorists. When he was 16 years old, he came to be a pariah in his own town leading to him drifting to London's East End to join a 'new wave' movement. Once there, he developed a level of rudeness and crude anti-social behaviour that was unheard of in the western hemisphere. He came to constantly move around where he joined groups that always indulged in his fascination in creating explosives. Afterwards, he came to wander to Australia which was where he came into contact with the Dreadnoks and joined their ranks.

It was suspected that his obsession with explosives was related to being born on Guy Fawkes Day with him learning about the Gunpowder Plot.
Powers and abilities
He liked to add fireworks into his explosives as he enjoyed the fact that it created more of a show to his detonations.
