Mr. Fixx

Mr. Fixx was the hulking assistant to Derek Powers during Powers' stint as the president of the Wayne-Powers Corporation. Mr. Fixx first appeared when he was sent to capture Harry Tully, who'd become infected with the viral mutagen that Wayne-Powers was developing. Afterwards, he murdered Warren McGinnis on Powers' orders and attempted to retrieve the data disc which Tully had given to Warren, and which Warren had secretly bestowed upon his son Terry. Terry, as the new Batman, sought revenge against Mr. Fixx (and Derek Powers) once he learned that Fixx was the one who'd killed his father. Fixx is thought to have died aboard his hovercraft when it crashed into the ocean and sank to the bottom thanks to Batman while carrying a shipment of Powers' virus.
