Mr. Stern

Mr. Stern was the president of Multigon International who was really a part of Red Claw's terrorist organization. He allowed Red Claw to use Multigon as a front for her operations in Gotham City, and bought a large area of land outside Gotham for her to use as a secret hideout. When Red Claw's plan to infect Gotham with a deadly virus was stopped by Batman and Catwoman, Stern was arrested by the police.
