History
Stigmas or Cursed Eyes ((魔眼? Magan) were a magical trait that were in-born traits to people in the world with it manifesting in the eyes of the user and giving them mystical power. Among the various taboos, the Alpha Stigma was stated to be the most hated as it knew no restraint and annihilated indiscriminately anything in its path leading to its bearers to be called demons.
Overview
In appearance, the Stigma was actually a type of crystal that was born inside certain beings where it resided in the eyes. It typically manifested as a form of pentagram pattern on the eyes when it was active. To people in the world, bearers of Stigmas were said to possess Demon Eyes though a number of the wielders instead referred to hold God's Eyes.
There were five different kinds of Cursed Eyes that included:
- Alpha Stigma : an ocular ability that granted the user the ability to analyze various forms of magic.
- Lino Doue :
- Ebra Crypt :
- Torch Curse :
- Will Heim :
It was possible to forcibly activate a Stigma through magical means. This was the only way to forcibly take the Alpha Stigma from the user as it needed to be roused before it could be plucked from the users eyes.
