Marvin Branagh was the only RPD officer besides Chief Brian Irons himself to to survive the final siege of the Raccoon Police Dept. by zombies in September of 1998, although not withuout grievous and potentially fatal injuries. During this time, he assisted fellow officer Kevin Ryman escape with several civilian survivors of the T-Virus plague.
