Biography
Boba Fett as a male clone of the bounty hunter Jango Fett who operated in the waning years of the Galactic Republic. Fett was approached by Count Dooku who sought him to be the genetic donor for a Republic program to create the Clone Troopers. In exchange for his support, Jango requested that one of the resultant clones would be given to him so that he could raise a son. This led to Jango Fett being stationed on Kamino where the planet's famous cloners created Boba Fett for him. The child stayed by his side as he checked in on the clone production and their training to serve in the Grand Army of the Republic.
Finding the badly wounded Fennec Shand, he decided to rescue her and helped nurse her back to health. This included the addition of cybernetics to replace her destroyed torso thus allowing her to function. For his aid, she vowed a debt of loyalty to Boba Fett who later came to find the location of his armour that had been taken by Cobb Vanth who was serving as a marshal at Mos Pelgo where he used the Mandalorian armour to scare off people trying to prey on he town. Before he could recover it, Vanth had given the armour to Din Djarin for his aid in hunting a Krayt dragon that was preying on the town. Boba Fett and Fennec Shand then used Slave I where they tracked the Mandalorian bounty hunter Djarin to the planet Tython. Fett had Shand take up a sniping position where she was set to kill Djarin's companion the child Grogu if he refused the request to hand over the armour. Djarin at the time had refused to hand over the armour as it went against the tenets of the Mandalorian Creed as he did not believe Fett to had been part of the tribe. Their standoff came to an end when Imperial dropships landed on the planet where Stormtroopers were dispatched to acquire the child from Djarin. This led to the two sides working together against the Stormtroopers where during this time he came upon Djarin's ship the Razor Crest and boarded it. Once inside, he recovered his armour which he used to deal with the Stormtroopers thus saving Djarin's life and forcing the Imperial forces in retreat. However, an Imperial cruiser destroyed the Razor Crest from orbit and Imperial Dark Troopers were used to recover the child. Boba Fett used Slave I to pursue the enemy but Djarin requested that he not fire as he did not want Grogu to be hurt. Whilst high in the clouds, Fett sighted the Imperial cruiser which later departed the planet with their prize. He and Shand then remained as Djarin surveyed the ruins of his former vessel with Boba showing the chain code in the armour that indicated that it belonged to his father Jango Fett who had been a foundling taken in by the Mandalorian tribe. Despite recovering the armour, Fett believed he owed a debt to Djarin and had decided to help him in recovering the child from the Imperial Remnants.
The group later met with one of Djarin's friend Cara Dune where he requested her help in using her position as a New Republic marshal to release the mercenary Mayfeld. The former Imperial sharpshooter was recovered from his job at a prison scrapyard in order to use his former clearance to get the location of Moff Gideon's cruiser. Mayfeld revealed that he would need access to a terminal at an Imperial facility and noted that a remnant refinery was located on the planet Morak. Thus, the group made their way to the planet where the organised a plan to infiltrate the site and access the terminal.
Afterwards, he and his new comrades managed to track down an Imperial shuttle carrying a clone engineer that was en-route to rendezvous with Moff Gideon's light cruiser. Using an ion cannon, they disabled the shuttle with Djarin and Dune managing to successfully capture the engineer. Din Djarin then went to recruit Lady Bo-Katan Kryze and Koska Reeves on the mission to recover the child though the two Mandalorians refused.
