Biography

Origin

Kuan-Yin Xorn was a Chinese Mutant with him being the twin brother of Shen Xorn. (X-Men v2 #162) It was said that his powers first manifested two days after puberty when his brain was incinerated by a microscopic sun. (New X-Men Annual v1 #2001)

According to one account, he came to be captured by the Chinese government whose anti-Mutant views resulted in his detainment. They ultimately decide to build an iron prison around him to contain Xorn named Feng Tu where he remained trapped there for over half a century.
