Goose Lee was Darkwing Duck's old Quack Fu instructor, who lived in Kung Pow City. A master strategist, he utilized a mass-marketing strategy to spread the wisdom of Quack Fu through TV, videos, books, and toys, and ultimately hoped to one day build his own Quack Fu-themed amusement park, Ninja Land.
