Puma-Dyne Labs is a sprawling weapons development laboratory located in the outskirts of Megakat City, known to the Swat Kats as "Psycho Central" due to the fact that the facility is a one-stop shopping center for megalomaniacs like Dark Kat. Among other things, Puma-Dyne has been responsible for creating the Macrobots for M.A.S.A. (against the wishes of Professor Hackle), and the Behemoth for the Enforcers. It also developed the Mega Beam, which was almost used by Zed to destroy the city.
