History
The Terror Titans were a team of Metahumans that were brought together as a supervillain team by the Clock King. (Teen Titans v3 #56)
They came to target Kid Devil when Dreadbolt in his civilian guise pretended to be a friend only to ambush him during their meet up. In the fight, the other Terror Titans arrived where they came to take Kid Devil down whereupon they set their sights on the other Teen Titans. (Teen Titans v3 #56) They then infiltrated Titans Tower where Persuader dealt with its custodians Wendy Harris and Marvin White whilst Copperhead was sent to ambush Ravager.
