Personality and attributes
In appearance, Chien Na Wei was a beautiful young East Asian woman with white hair and who had a tendency to dress in all white. (Green Arrow: Year One v1 #3)
She was shown to not tolerate failure and had subordinates killed for failing in tasks. (Green Arrow: Year One v1 #3)
China White came to gain a fearsome reputation where she was called the Queen of the Pacific Rim and death incarnate. (Green Arrow: Year One v1 #3)
Powers and abilities
Her criminal operations saw her supplying heroin to a number of countries which led to her establishing a Trans-Pacific drug empire. (Green Arrow: Year One v1 #3)
