History
The Seventh Kavalry was a white supremacist organization that operated in the United States where it specifically based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In reality, its origins were traced to a much older organization that had operated in the country for nearly a century. This was Cyclops that was known to had operated as far back as the 1930's where they were a hidden conspiracy consisted of white supremacists that targeted Africa-Americans. It was said to had been an offshoot of the Ku Klux Klan which sought numerous means of subverting society and targeted those of African-American descent. In the 1930s, the New York cell was noted to had engaged in a mind control plot using subliminal messaging in films to cause African-Americans to kill each other with one of these tests working against people attending the cinema.
In time, the organization reformed itself and took on the name of the Seventh Kavalry where they adopted a motif based on the masked vigilante named Rorschach.
