Goose Lee was Darkwing Duck's old Quack Fu instructor, who lived in Kung Pow City. A master strategist, he utilized a mass-marketing strategy to spread the wisdom of Quack Fu through TV, videos, books, and toys, and ultimately hoped to one day build his own Quack Fu-themed amusement park, Ninja Land. Unfortunately his greed overpowered his wisdom and he sought to chase away the people living in the section of town where he wanted to build the park, first by hiring a clan of ninjas and then by resurrecting the Ancient Dragon of Kung Pow.
