Biography
Origin
The New 52
After the Flashpoint, the revised history revealed Yuga Khan as being the father of Izaya and Uxas though he favored the former as his heir. However, Izaya would side with his brother in fulfilling the prophecy that spoke of the end of the reign of the Old Gods with Uxas murdering them. Inside Khan resided the power of Anti-Life, and on the Final Day he had resurrected the slain Old Gods as his army against his sons but Uxas would kill his father. With his demise came the true end of the Old Gods and the birth of the New Gods. (Infinity Man and the Forever People v1 #5)
By the modern day, a cult had formed amongst the New Gods that grew dissatisfied with the constant state of warfare between Highfather and Darkseid. These New Gods came to believe that the conflict between New Genesis and Apokolips had killed more of their kind than the Olds Gods had in their time. Thus, this cult came to believe that the only means of saving their kind rested in Yuga Khan. (Infinity Man and the Forever People v1 #5)
