Hellsalem's Lot is a city that features in Blood Blockade Battlefront.

History
Hellsalem's Lot was originally New York City until a mystical portal to the Beyond opened up at its centre that caused a wave of destruction in its wake until barriers were formed to contain it. This led to the city being transformed with it now being populated by all manner of otherworldly beings with New York being renamed as Hellsalem's Lot. In time, the city came under the protection of a secret society of superhuman protectors with this being agents of Libra.

- Leonardo Watch :
- Femt : the King of Depravity who was one of the Thirteen Kings and self-proclaimed ruler of Hellsalem's Lot.
- Dr. Gamimotz : a cybernetic being who had a many limbed insectile form who had a special interest in the Prosthetic Limbs of the Gods (神々の義肢 Kamigami no Gishi?) which he sought to acquire for study leading to him eventually targeting Leonardo Watch in order to claim his All-Seeing Eyes of the Gods.
- King of Despair : the King of Despair was one of the Thirteen Kings who possessed host bodies where he enacted a plan to open the portal within Hellsalem's Lot in order to destroy the city.
