427 was the designation of an elderly bearded technician aboard Dr. Zin's asteroid base. After Zin demoted 426 for insubordination and used her as a test subject, 427 was promoted into her place as project leader. Not long after, Zin, furious that Dr. Quest and Dr. Belage had escaped, had his newly-created Assassinoids throw 427 into a glass chamber where he was frozen to death and shattered, despite 427's insistence that Quest's escape wasn't his fault.
