Owner and founder of Arret Studios, A.F. Arret was extremely short-tempered, stubborn, and above all else, money-loving. Obviously Mr. Arret built Arret Studios and made it successful long before Gosalyn Mallard graced his office and started ranting about bloodthirsty, drooling zombies. How he went about this is unknown.
