Agent Thompson

Agent Thompson was an upgraded Agent who was designed to replace Agent Smith, Agent Jones, and Agent Brown following their failure to obtain the Zion codes. Thompson was the Agent who morphed in during the renegade Smith's battle with Neo, only to encounter one of the many Smith clones and be assimilated into one himself. He was then presumably returned to normal like everyone else following Smith's demise.
