Colonel Feyador

Colonel Feyador was the officer in command of the Soviet military air base in Afghanistan, who happens to be an old friend of Georgi Koskov. As such, Feyador was presumably in on Koskov's scheme with Brad Whitaker to buy and sell illegal narcotics.
When James Bond and Kara Milovy stole the Soviet cargo plane containing Whitaker's shipment of opium, Koskov instructed Feyador to block their escape by parking a gasoline tanker on the runway. The plan failed thanks to Kamran Shah, who threw a grenade that blew the tanker up before it could even get moving. Feyador was killed in the explosion.
