Constable Groom

Constable Groom.

Constable Groom was a policeman who lived in Devil's End. Although he was on good terms with Olivia Hawthorne, he fell under the spell of the the Master and tried to kill her with a large rock during a magically-induced storm. However, when Ms. Hawthorne stopped the storm, Groom snapped out of his trance and didn't kill her. Later, after the BBC crewmen had left the Devil's Hump, Groom was in charge of guarding the police barricade that had been erected. When Azal emerged from inside of the barrow, he stepped on Groom and crushed him.
