Cut Man

Cut Man (DRN #003) was one of the six original Robot Masters built by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily. He was originally designed as a lumberjack. After being reprogrammed by Dr. Wily, Cut Man battled Mega Man, only to be destroyed.
Cut Man's weapon was the Rolling Cutter.
Series
Cut Man returned as one of Dr. Wily's henchrobots.
Comments
Cut Man reappears in Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge for the Game Boy. In the Sega Saturn version of Mega Man 8, one of the bolts is guarded by Cut Man, whom you must destroy again.
