Cyber Lieutenant

The Cyber Lieutenant was a high-ranking Cyberman who served as the Cyber Leader's second in command in 1988. He went with him to Earth in an effort to claim the Nemesis. More openminded than most other Cybermen and prone to speaking his mind, he had to constantly be reminded by his Leader that he was "outside of his function" when attempting to advise against some of the Leader's more reckless decisions. During the Cybermen's assault on the abandoned warehouse where Nemesis was being kept, the Lieutenant and another Cyberman were killed when the rocket sled's jets activated while they were standing near it, incinerating them both.
