Dana, Louis, and Gozer fanfiction

(This is a fanfiction that covers: What if Dana Barrett and Louis Tully weren't possessed by Zuul and Vinz Clortho, but were instead lured by the voice of Gozer the Gozerian up to the Temple of Gozer to later be possessed?)

Dana was the average New Yorker. She had a job, had to run errands, and did daily exercise. However, she was constantly being stalked by her neighbor, Louis Tully. Whenever Dana got home, Louis always pretended that he was locked out of his apartment just to get her to talk to him. She always avoided him though.

One day, she came home from the grocery store, with several bags of food, and of course, Louis was there to greet her. However, this time, before he could say a word, he and Dana became paralyzed and stood there, motionless. Groceries fell to the floor but Dana didn't seem to care. All of a sudden, their eyes flashed blood-red, and they heard the voice of a young woman in their heads, "You will be the hosts. Come to the roof....." They both then caught a glimpse of two pedestals, a table, and a set of doors, which were slowly opening.

When it stopped, Dana and Louis snapped out of it, and they looked to each other in total shock, wondering what had just happened. They both agreed to forget about it and they proceeded with their day. However, this was not the end of it.

Even though the voice was gone, the tenants still had an urge to see the place, as if they were drawn to it. They kept hearing growling noises in their heads, which was really bothering them. Later in the evening, Dana and Louis opened their apartment doors at the same time and noticed each other. They both knew that they must go to the roof and see for themselves.

The tenants took the stairs to the rooftop still somewhat confused. When they got to the top, it was as if they were in a trance. They knew that the pedestals were for them. And even though they had never been there, they could remember sitting on the pedestals for years, trapped, unable to leave, staring out into the horizon. Dana and Louis stood on the pedestals and saw a blinding light from the temple doors, which were now open.

When their vision returned Dana and Louis saw a staircase, which led up to a young woman. Her skin was bleached white and her body was covered with oozing slime. She then spoke, "Good work, my loyal pets."

Before they were able to ask what that meant, Dana and Louis heard growling voices, "ZUUUULLLL" and "VIIINNNZZZ". All of a sudden, their legs grew weak, and they dropped on all fours. This is when they felt their bodies changing.

Dana and Louis began to convulse, shaking violently. Their skin started to become gray. Their hand and feet became just feet, with claws at the ends. They're faces then pushed out into muzzles and they grew tails. They grew and swelled to an even larger size. Their eyes went red and they grew horns out of the sides of their heads. They weren't human anymore. They had become dogs. They had become Zuul and Vinz Clortho.

Dana opened her eyes. She looked down at herself, feeling very different, and noticed that she had become a dog. She then turned to her left and saw Louis, who had also become a dog. They tried to speak, but all that came out were barks and snarls. Gozer then, at the top of the staircase, shot two small bolts of lightning at them. Dana and Louis' minds faded away into nothingness. Zuul and Vinz Clortho had taken over.
