A (likely illegal) surgeon who gave Abdul Hakim a new face (via plastic surgery) after he stole the data dog. After Hakim punched him out and left without paying the bill, the Doctor gave Spike Spiegel information to help find him. Later, the Doctor treated Spike prior to his final showdown with Vicious.
