Biography
Brian Binder
At one time, he was noted as an excellent orthodontist until an experiment in electric brainwave stimulation altered his own mind.
In time, he came to improve and perfect the Brainwave Scanner of the late Doctor Venom which was used to brainwash anyone that question the policies of the Cobra Commander.
Overview
Personality and attributes
It was said that originally he was a very kind and honest man until his experiment in electric brainwave stimulation. This event resulted in a complete personality change where he became a hateful, deceitful and vain person. Doctor Mindbender believed he used to be deluded but had now seen the light as he sought to bring about the miracle of thought to control to everyone. He was noted to had been meticulous and fussy in his actions.
Whilst able to participate in battles, he preferred to manipulate events from behind the scenes.
The Cobra Commander was said to had disliked Doctor Mindbender and had even attempted to kill the man on one occasion.
Powers and abilities
He came to bionically enhance his badly damaged body with machine parts.
