History
Dokusensha (Chinese: 読仙社, lit. "Immortal Reading Society" in Chinese, translated as Hermit Reader Guild) was a secret organization based in Sichuan operating as a civil office under the Chinese Imperial Court. They had protected the Imperial Dynasty for generations until it fell whereupon they disappeared rom the world stage. After many years, they came to reappear in 1994 where they restyled themselves as a rare book store and consolidated power under this new front. In this guise, they came to serve a new purpose in regulating their citizens and set about attempting to destroy the British Empire. This saw them coming to be a intelligence gathering operation rivalling the Special Operations Division.
Overview
In appearance, Dokusensha was a secret society that was devoted to achieving Chinese supremacy in the world. It was said that they protected the Imperial Dynasty for generations. They preserved book collections and researched Chinese idea’s culture politics, chemistry, fighting tactics, and black magic. After re-establishing itself, it came to serve as an intelligence gathering organization.
