Dr. Green

Dr. Green, real name Anna Bolt, was a researcher who worked in the Hive. She was trapped inside a sealed room with Dr. Blue and Dr. Brown which flooded when the fire sprinklers came on. She drowned, but was shortly thereafter resurrected by the T-Virus and turned into a zombie. She attacked Spence Parks in the flooded lab, but was shot and killed by him.

Green's real name is a nod to the actress who played her, the wife of producer Jeremy Bolt.
