The Enhanced Crime Task Force was a police organization created in New York City through the joint venture of Wilson Fisk and Harry Osborn who had recently replaced his father Norman Osborn as the head of Oscorp Industries.
Overview
It was said that the Task Force was not funded by the taxpayer but by Fisk and Osborn. These finances afforded them a high level of advanced equipment. However, there were reports that indicated the Enhanced Crime Task Force was filled with corruption and engaged in police brutality.
