Flarg (Darkwing Duck)

Flarg was an evil Brainteaser from the planet Fez who looks like a squat green bowler, Flarg's aim is to (what else?) take over the universe. His first attempt was stopped Honker Muddlefoot of all people, and along with his two followers Barada and Nikto, he was imprisoned by his enemies the Girdists. He escaped with the help of his "queen," Talaya, and returned to Earth to get revenge on Honker using the Intergalactic Harmonizer, but was recaptured soon after by the Girdists.
