Biography
Benjamin Tibbets
At some point, he was captured by A.I.M. who were conducting a series of experiments on his body. Their base was attacked by the newly created Gamma Corps where Grey was responsible for killing Flux. (World War Hulk: Gamma Corps v1 #1 )
