Fulfillment Spell

The Fulfillment Spell was a powerful magical incantation, inscribed on the Medici Tablet in Latin. The requirements for casting it is that it must be cast on the night of the Hunter's Moon on holy ground. Its effect is to grant a single wish of the caster.
Demona used the spell to merge the carrier virus CV-1000 with the disinfectant DI-7, creating a virus that would wipe the planet clean of intelligent life, excluding gargoyles, who were protected by another artifact, the Praying Gargoyle. The Fulfillment Spell was disrupted by Goliath by destroying the Praying Gargoyle statuette, and the CV-1000/DI-7 blend was apparently neutralized.
