Gad Hassan

Gad Hassan was the uncouth warden of the Egyptian prison where Rick O'Connell was incarcerated after having what Hassan termed "a very good time" that resulted in a bar fight and subsequent murder. Warden Hassan had a strong hatred of O'Connell, but his greed was greater and so he agreed to pardon O'Connell when Evelyn Carnahan revealed he knew the location of Hamunaptra. Hassan accompanied O'Connell, Evie and Jonathan Carnahan to Hamunaptra, where a flesh-eating scaracb burrowed into his skin and then into his head, driving him insane with agony until he ran headlong into a wall and killed himself.
