General Miller

General Miller was an aide to General Fillmore. He attended the funeral of the Immortal with Fillmore, and unlike his superior did not care for the lengthy eulogy delivered by the Tick. Miller went as far as to suggest having the MPs forcibly remove the Tick from the stage, but Fillmore stopped him.
