Glimmers

Glimmers were Hunter-class variant BOWs that were, apparently, created entirely by accident. Roughly the size of a short human, these frog-like creatures possessed over 20 glassy, red-orange eyes atop their flat heads, which glowed in the dark. They first appeared in the sub-levels of an Umbrella waste disposal facility in the Atlantic, and were named "Glimmers" by the facility's maintainers, because of how their multiple eyes eerily glowed in the dark.
