History
Long ago, the ancestors of the GoBots were a Human looking race that existed on their world which they began to develop further and further. This all changed when a great cataclysm brought a massive asteroid crashing into the world shattering a majority of it and leading to its apple shape. In order to survive, the Last Engineer created giant mechanical bodies for his race whose minds were transfered to these new vessels. Thus, the GoBot race was born who christened their world GoBotron.
Overview
Despite their mechanical appearance, GoBots were not robotic beings but instead cyborgs who had an organic brain in the cranium.
The science of GoBotron was said to appear as magic to other civilisations such as Earth. One machine that was intrinsically linked to their society was the Modifier that configured their mechanical bodies with an alternative vehicle mode.
