- Happy Harbor was created by Gardner Fox and Mike Sekowsky where it made its first appearance in Brave and the Bold v1 #28 (March, 1960).
In other media
Television
- In Young Justice, Happy Harbor appeared in the animated television series starting from the episode "Independence Day".
- In The Flash, Happy Harbor was referenced in the live-action television series set in the Arrowverse in the episode "Nora". Barry Allen said that when he was young that his mother would take him there to get ice cream. In the future, Barry took his own daughter Nora West Allen to Happy Harbor to get their favourite ice cream.
