Inspector Newcomen

Inspector Newcomen was a Scotland Yard inspector who handled the investigation of the murder of Sir Danvers Carew. With the help of Gabriel John Utterson, Newcomen managed to discover that Sir Danvers' killer was Edward Hyde. However, Newcomen was unable to capture Hyde.
