Inspector Owen

Inspector Owen was the Scotland Yard inspector who was looking into the claims of a seemingly deranged man that he was not only Larry Talbot, thought dead for four years, but also a murderous werewolf. Owen accompanied Dr. Frank Mannering to Llanwelly, where the two discovered that someone had broken into the Talbot family crypt and that the body of Larry Talbot was missing.
