Jacob Kane was a male human born on Earth as a member of the Kane family.

Post-Flashpoint

Following the Flashpoint, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events. Jacob Kane was noted to had been the brother of Phillip Kane and him having a sister in Martha Kane. (Detective Comics v1 #939)
