Biography
Origin
Jenny Quantum was a female Century Baby born on January 1, 2000 in Singapore in the wake of Jenny Sparks death. (The Authority v1 #13)
Post-Flashpoint
Following the Flashpoint, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events. Jennifer Emily Quantum was a young pre-teen Century Baby who came to be taken in by Adam One to be trained under him and became part of his Stormwatch organization. (Stormwatch v3 #6)

She came to manifest her powers from an extremely early age far surpassing Jenny Sparks who first fully activated when she was 19 years old. Even as an infant, code name Jenny Quantum was able to subconsciously defend herself from attack and creating powerful blasts that could sever a superhuman beings legs. (The Authority v1 #14)
