Johnny Bartlett was a serial killer who was crazy about being a prolific serial killer and often compared his achievements to those of other murderers. In order to accomplish his goal of being better then others, he murdered twelve people at the mental hospital with the aid of his girlfriend Patricia. Both were tried and arrest with Patricia being sent to prison while maintaining her innocence though she eventually was released to live with her overbearing mother who kept her under careful observation.
