Partner of Talon, Lem was a lanky guard with sunglasses who worked at Megakat Maximum Security Prison. Along with Talon, he was tasked with watching Rex Shard while the convict tested the Gemkat 6000. Lem was the first victim of Shard's deadly crystal touch. Fortunately, he was returned to normal following Shard's defeat by the Swat Kats.
