Luis Toro
Colonel Luis Toro was a Cuban army officer in charge of a top secret experimental aircraft project. He bore an uncanny resemblance to James Bond. As a result, Bond was able to impersonate him and infiltrate the Cuban air base so he could sabotage the experimental plane. However his cover was blown when the real Colonel Toro appeared, and had him taken away. Bond escaped in a small plane, and Toro's men fired a heat-seeking missile at him. Pursued by the missile, Bond flew into the hangar that house the experimental aircraft. Toro's men tried to shut the hangar doors at the opposite end to trap Bond, but he managed to squeeze through; the missile pursuing him did not, and Toro, his men, and the experimental plane were all destroyed in an explosion.
