Iris Phelios a swing girl who operated in Zeus’s ‘The Cloud Room’ where she was devoted to Maxie and became a masked criminal called the Harpy as part of his gang. (Batman v1 #481)

He came to form of an elite team of warriors that he called the New Olympians. (Batman and the Outsiders v1 #14)
