Michael Stromwell

Michael Stromwell was the younger brother of Arnold Stromwell. When he and Arnold were children, he lost his leg saving his big brother from being run over by a train. When he grew up, Michael became a priest while Arnold became a crime boss. He played a key role in Batman's plan to get Arnold to give up his life of crime and turn himself in to the police, during which time he was almost killed by Rupert Thorne.
