Necros.

Necros was an ex-KGB assassin employed by Brad Whitaker and Georgi Koskov. A master of disguises and voices, Necros' modus operandi was strangling his victims with the cord of his Walkman. He was killed by getting "the boot," when James Bond kicked him out of a Russian cargo plane in midair.
